We had some coffee and a light breakfast before loading up the car and heading out to explore. As all roads down lead to the beach we headed off to see the famous Rincon Lighthouse. Grabbed a geocache on the way and enjoyed the great views. Just down the road is a huge blue dome... that is home to a Nuclear Plant! Well a retired one actually..

We then headed south along the coast and drove through numerous beach towns. We travelled through Mayaguez, Cabo Rojo and down through the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge to our destination Cabo Rojo Los Morrillos Lighthouse on the south west corner of the island.
A few stops along the way for caches and some viewpoints with pictures of the local wildlife.
A long lunch stop at Bahia Salinas Resort and then we headed back toward home. It was a nice relaxing day of exploring. We have decided to not explore the rum punch tonight though :-)
